I'm waiting for folks to tell me how mean I am for putting a muzzle on the dog. mmmmm....most likely people that don't really care if my kids get bit or not, and they don't realize how close Mo was to being put down prior to my rescue...

I totally agree with you. You have to let him be around children to make sure he will not bite and the best way is using a musel. Can't wait to see your next video about how mean you are:-)

thanks..i appreciate the compliments...usually the sarcasm goes over some of my audiences heads and they think I am just being mean to the kids...my kids find it funny though...so I hope most parents can get a kick out of it..plus we need to make dog training fun

Love that you do not use food for training, I always thought that was a bad idea since in the real world you don't always have kibble in your pocket. You did a great job with this little guy, I'm very impressed that you tolerated the biting because you knew you would see results in the end. I really think this dog would have been put down If he didn't meet you. We saw you at the pet show, I found your personality refreshing, I love the sarcasm, and you scared the crap out of my kids.....Don't have many problem behaviors with my dogs but I think I'm going to leave the kids with you for a week of rehab, maybe they will stop biting.

thanks richard...mo is doing so well..i can't wait for him to find a home...he will do fine with limited eyesight..he likes his little routines which makes him calm as well

Mo looks like such a happy guy now thanks to you Jeff. It's funny to see how he stays on the threshold :-) but again sad that he lost some of its sight.

he bit about 12 times in that video..but within 24 hours was doing much better and 5 days later he is doing incredible

It looks like you got bitten quite a few times on your hands. I agree so much when you say that it was never told NOT to do this, so it was trained to bite. I hope you find a good responsible home for MO soon.
